Our Employee Family Support Program (EFSP) is intentionally about helping employees build mental health skills and resilience for the employees and their family. EFSP is a proprietary program from Brainsweep Systems provided by approved and licensed Brainsweep EFSP coaches.  We created the Employee Family Support Program to assist employers, employees and their families to overcome challenges in the workplace of the following areas:

  • Reducing employee stress and increasing employee attendance, retention, and productivity
  • Reducing employee depression, addictions, domestic violence
