Return And Refund Policy

Returns on Products

We will replace any defective item. However, before returning any defective audio CDs, please try playing them on different CD players, sometimes that makes the difference. If there are other reasons you want to have an item replaced, the request should be submitted by email, and this will be reviewed for approval.

Event Cancellations

For workshops, case studies, classes, and other in-person events all sales are final. No refunds.
 

Digital Purchases

No refunds will be provided for digital purchases, whether audio, video, text, or streaming (Cloud Class). YOUR RESULTS MAY VARY according to your body and personal health.

If you have any questions or are having trouble accessing your digital purchase, please send an email.

Sessions

You may cancel and get a full refund any time before: 30 days after the date of your purchase, the date of the first Group call, or 48 hours before your personal session, whichever comes first.

Your personal session must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. Once scheduled, sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date and time of the session. Missed sessions (no-shows) will not be rescheduled. A 10-minute grace period will be held for the call but after that grace period, it will be considered a no-show.

We will make our best effort to record your personal session. However, due to technical issues that can occur, we do not guarantee that the session will be recorded or, if recorded, that the audio quality of the recording will be satisfactory.
